Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They are widely used to make sites work, keep you signed in and remember preferences. Similar technologies include browser local storage and, in mobile apps, secure device storage.

Our marketing website (promanca.com) does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It may set only strictly necessary cookies required for basic operation and security. Because we don't use tracking cookies here, there is nothing to opt out of. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and provide the appropriate controls.

The Promanca web application (app.promanca.com) uses a single strictly necessary cookie: an encrypted session cookie that keeps you securely signed in. This cookie is essential — without it you cannot stay logged in — and it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

The Promanca mobile app does not use cookies. To keep you signed in, it stores an encrypted session token in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). You can clear it by signing out.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to block them. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the web application. "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals: because we do not track you across sites or sell personal information, there is currently nothing for these signals to opt out of.
